Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Morsl ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Morsl is a social restaurant discovery platform that allows users to create and share "breadcrumbs" (restaurant recommendations), follow curators, build curated lists, and discover dining experiences. The App provides personalized feeds, restaurant profiles, and social features to enhance your culinary exploration.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Morsl. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• ✓Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• ✓Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• ✓Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• ✓Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Morsl, including breadcrumbs, lists, reviews, and photos ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Morsl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App and for promotional purposes.

You represent that you own or have the rights to share any content you post, and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ✗Post false, misleading, or deceptive content about restaurants or experiences
• ✗Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• ✗Post spam, advertisements, or unauthorized promotional content
• ✗Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• ✗Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any law
• ✗Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• ✗Use automated systems or bots to access the App without permission

Restaurant Information

Restaurant information displayed in Morsl, including hours, locations, menus, and prices, is sourced from third-party providers and user contributions. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or correct. Always verify important details directly with the restaurant.

Intellectual Property

The Morsl name, logo, app design, and all original content created by Morsl are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the App. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings menu.

Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some content may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of restaurants featured on the App, or for any experiences you have at those establishments.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORSL AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morsl and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of Morsl after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
